FLORA 08 - big high-footed bowl

I am very grateful for the enthusiasm for the series that I call FLORA, and this here is a variant of the first piece of the series, which I am happy to finally add to my web shop.
The outside of the bowl depicts green landscape of flowers towering like a forest, filled with butterflies, other insects and spiders. At the base, a big yellow snail is making it's way through the undergrowth. The shape of the flowers create a sort of rythm to the pot, as they shift in size and position around the bowl. As I hand paint these landscapes the details differ from pot to pot, thus in a way creating a new and unique scene on each pot. The inside of the bowl is white, with a bluebell stalk (en blåklocka) painted as if lying in the bottom of the bowl.
The bowl, being the 8th FLORA piece, is a big bowl in the same general shape of the first one in the series, though slightly larger. The high foot is shaped with some thickness to give the bowl a safe sturdiness.
Stoneware, thrown on the wheel, white tin-glaze. Diameter 195 mm, hight 103 mm. Made in spring 2026, exhibited in my June 16 exhibition.
